what we need:

3 glasses of wine trachana
2 large ripe tomatoes, grated
3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cube of meat (chicken or beef)
5-6 tbsp oil
3-4 glasses of water water
Salt Pepper

how do we do it:

Put water in the pot along with the cube, tomato paste, the crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper.
After a boil add the oil and the frumenty.
Mix well and bring to boil.
It takes about an hour to boil.
Stir regularly and add water if needed.
