Production Method

For the preparation of the dough is opened in large circular sheets slightly baked in Sats ", then each sheet is rolled and cut into sections by knife placed in the oven to dry completely. The whole process is done in the space laboratory to avoid insects or other pollutants during the manufacturing process. In Sats' bake leaves with fire from gas, not wood fire. First we want to avoid any ash that can be carried on the product by air, other various toxic substances arising from the combustion of wood.

How to cook (there are instructions on the product label)

Place vertically the siron inside a Pyrex with gaps among them and then pour boiling water to soften the pasta. In a pan put half a glass of water, yoghurt and a little salt. Shake to dissolve and add the grated garlic. Just boil, remove it from the heat. In a skillet, melt butter fresh as we want to use for sauce in siron. Drizzle the siron with yogurt sauce and pour over the butter. Add sweet red pepper.
