Recipe for octopus with macaroni.

what we need:

1 octopus (about 2 pounds)

300 grams of macaroni
1 onion, finely chopped
1 large grated tomato
1 tsp. tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup. tea dry white wine
1 garlic clove crushed (optional)
1 bay leaf
vinegar (for cooking)
grains allspice

how do we do it:

For cleaning and cooking the octopus: Cut bag of octopus and clean the inside. On the other hand remove the eyes and beak. Under thoroughly clean it very well.

At low to medium heat boil without water for 1 hour and 20 minutes, until tender, putting allspice and a little vinegar (the octopus has the ability to start wet, so do not add all).
After the boil, remove from the pan (keep the broth) and cut into pieces. Then fry the onion in oil, add the broth and remaining ingredients except the oregano and boil for 1o'-about 15 minutes. Last add the oregano and the octopus and let stand 5 '10'.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water in another pot. The strain, pour into the pot with the octopus, stir and serve.
