Produced from fine pastry semolina and offers special tasty treat.
It contains pure raw materials sourced from local producers and bring to your plate the freshness and flavor we choose for you to try for an even healthier pasta.
Not dry at high temperatures and rushed but slow drying process just past the home-made pasta. This protects all the natural characteristics of pasta and all the nutritional value of the meal.
The fresh pasta passes through bronze molds that give the desired shape and rough texture. The rough texture helps to better keep pasta sauces and spices than ordinary pasta with smooth surface using teflon molds.
The production is done selectively and in very small quantities. The pasta we produce do not dissolve during cooking and boil much faster than standard pastas saving you time from cooking.
Produced in molds with different specifications from those of regular pasta. The screws produce are larger and have a larger opening than the corresponding helix fusilli to be more satiating and get more sauce per bite.
It contains fresh pureed vegetables and not dried.
Recipe for lemon chicken with noodles

What we need:

1 kg chicken (only chest)
1 large cup noodles tricolore
1 onion, finely chopped
1-2 Fiorina peppers into rings
One glass of wine oil
1 cup white wine
1 lemon
1 tablespoon mustard
oregano, thyme, rosemary, coriander, ginger and paprika at will and taste
salt, pepper (try various colored peppers)

How do we do it:

In a spacious saucepan fry the pods chicken until well browned on all sides.
Reduce the heat and a little onion and wait to fry this until golden (but not burn), the washers of piperiaskai add the herbs we have chosen.
Pour the food with the wine and wait a few minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
Dissolve the mustard in a glass of warm water and add it to the food.
Lower bit more fire and let our food be cooked.
Just before ready and tender chicken add the lemon juice and let it cook some more.
Remove portions of chicken and add to our zoumaki pot with chicken noodles and 1.5 cup boiling water and continue cooking until done.
Return to pot the pieces of chicken, turn off the eye and leave the food to rest and join smells for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve with chilled white wine and our ... good appetite!
